On October 12th, the European Institute and the Bertelsmann Foundation hosted a forum on the potential impact of the Bundestagswahl for Germany and Europe at New York’s Columbia University in collaboration with Harriman Institute, Deutsches Haus and the School of International and Public Affairs.
