Andrew Carroll joined the MA program in Fall 2018. His research interests include: Central and Eastern European military history and defense policy, Cold War military history, International Organizations (EU, NATO), peacekeeping operations.
Andrew graduated in May 2020 and is currently a First Lieutenant in the US Air Force (Wichita Falls, Texas)
